High speed chase injures three in Long Beach
Four people were injured in two traffic accidents during a Long Beach chase. Waldo M. Gonzalez, 19, of 1321 Parade St, was treated and booked for drunk driving after a collision at Fashion Avenue and Burnett Street at 10 10 p.m. Officers James P. Fortier and Richard Questel were treated and released. The pursuing officers said Gonzalez was traveling about 0 mph when he hit a parked car and a tree, and the police car struck the other vehicle.
