San Diego aid official pastor and juror indicted
The executive director of San Diego Neighborhood Development Corp along with a minister and a grand jury member were indicted on embezzlement grand theft conspiracy and misappropriation at public funds. Names include William H. Thompson Rev Grandison Phelps and Ronald L. Warren. Indictments stem from alleged inflated billings and transactions with affiliated firms.
