Memorial Planned in Lynwood Park Honor Roll
A Freedom Memorial is planned for Lynwood Park to honor local servicemen who died in Viet Nam. The octagonal band shell will display replicas of freedom documents and a bronze tablet naming the two Lynwood men killed in action. Donations are being received at the Lynwood Chamber of Commerce and city offices for the project which aims to raise about $5,000 for construction.
