Assembly Minority Leader Jess Unruh warned he will push impeachment if Judge Gerald S. Chargin of San Jose Superior Court is not removed after anti Mexican remarks from the bench. Chargin apologized, but protests continued with 500 Mexican Americans marching in San Jose and demonstrations at Palo Alto court where he has been transferred.
