Young People Favor Peace But Expect Little Realization
A survey shows 45.4 percent of high school and college students believe world peace is possible. Boys are far more optimistic than girls about peace, with about three of four males hopeful versus fewer than one in four females. Both sexes support peaceful demonstrations, with 44 percent of boys and 39.8 percent of girls willing to join.
