Saigon Viet Nam reports three more Americans killed in the conflict. Two U S Air Force pilots died when a Vietnamese Air Force B26 fighter bomber was believed shot down by Communist ground fire. A U S soldier died Sunday night from a grenade presumed thrown by a Communist. The deaths raise American fatalities to 37 since December as U S participation intensified. A Vietnamese also died in the crash about 160 miles southwest of Saigon.
