Action Line helps readers with everyday problems
A long Beach advisory column, Action Line, offers practical answers. It helps a Wilmington reader locate a rare book, explains California vehicle laws on passengers, arranges a dummy loan for a class reunion, resolves a delayed photograph order, and guides on handicapped access for a city remodel. The column also answers about beach dog rules, noting Long Beach bans dogs on city beaches while county and state rules vary.
