The NLRB ordered Ramona Banuelos’ plant, Mexican Load Products Inc, to reinstate 183 workers and pay back wages plus 6 percent interest from June 1972. Welfare and health benefits halted since April 1972. The plant faced immigration raids and a 150 of 300 employees walked out March 3 1972. Carlos Torrez now owns the business after Banuelos left the reins. The order bars bargaining interference and retaliation and requires compliance within 20 days.
