Teen Girl Leaps to Death From Hotel Ledge
NEW YORK UPI a14 year old girl Olga Cassanova stood on a two foot wide ledge on the top floor of the Walton Hotel in Manhattan's upper west side. After quarrelling with an aunt who punished her for coming home late from school the girl paced the ledge for about 20 minutes while police appealed. A patrolman was lowered from the roof but she slid off and fell to her death as a crowd of about 2000 watched.
