Seized Loan Firm Tells Offer in Tornado Region
A Long Beach firm offered to buy Bellehurst properties in a deal to resolve outstanding loans as a tornado path damaged Edgerton and nearby towns. The proposal would have buyers finish construction, cover taxes, and assume individual home loans while reducing the overall loan balance.
