Missing Boy Found Safe
SPRINGVILLE UPS A small boy wandered away from his family campsite and was found in good condition Monday by the Kern County Sheriff's Fescue team. Five year old Roger Foster of Torterville, reported missing Sunday afternoon by his stepfather James Ferguson, disappeared from the family campsite at Balch Park in the Sierra east of here. The child was found at Ratcliffe Ranch on Bear Creek by the Kern County unit, which had joined Tulare County Sheriff's Office in the search.
