How to Understand Yourself by Dr Arthur Bietz
Dr Arthur Bietz spoke to a Long Beach women’s group in a Pacific Coast Club talk, stressing that humans need each other to exist and that lack of self understanding leads to alienation and loneliness. He described life as an interactional system and urged communication and social psychology as keys to better relations. The licensed counselor cautioned that without revealing one’s true self, people cannot be understood or connected, and warned solitary confinement as a path to insanity.
