Stockholders of Bow Chemical Co. approved continued napalm production for Vietnam at their Midland annual meeting attended by about 300 protesters from five Midwest states. Protests outside the junior high auditorium and counter demonstrations from Central Michigan University students were peaceful as Dow stock rose on the NYSE to 81 3/8.

Vermilion High pupils sent home over dress and hair codes
