Congress Critics of War Hit Peak
Washington reports that congressional opponents to American involvement in Southeast Asia reached their highest level in seven years. Nixon faces bipartisan scrutiny as Cambodia incursions meet deepening resistance and questions about Vietnamization's viability persist.
