A Lennox shooting case ends with a jury declaring the fatal shot by a 17 year old son to be justifiable homicide in self defense and family protection. Billy Chance testified that William Donald Chance threatened family members during a violent quarrel at their home.
The Ken Martin family of Ports land长期 disappeared since December 7, apart from son Donald aged 28 living in New York. Now the bodies of Virginia and Susan have been found, with Barbara seated front row beside Mr and Mrs Martin. Donald remains the sole survivor.
Portland authorities report the remains of Susan Martin, 16, recovered from the Columbia River near Camas Washington, with Virginia Martin, 12, found downstream near Bonneville Dam. The missing Ken Martin, 54, wife 48, and Barbara 14 are still unaccounted for. Police believe the car plunged into the river during a trip for Christmas greens. Susan drowned with no sign of foul play. body age and cold water conditions noted.
Anthony Fogliani, who runs a gas station with his brother Vincent, rode a delayed subway train in New York. After alighting to take a taxi to work, he learned Vincent had been killed when he fell beneath the very train Anthony had ridden.
