In Sacramento UPI reports Parke-Davis & Co. ordered to pay 180000 to Mrs Carney Love's heirs after a jury found the drug chloro mycetian disfigured her, leading to her death at 49 in Stanford Hospital. A new trial was limited to damages. Love's estate waived further action. The court also addressed the doctor defendant.
