The post office will transfer parcel handling to a new annex on Golden Ave between 6th and 7th Streets. Opening April 1, the facility will process incoming and outgoing packages with 60 postal workers, a 15,000 square foot space, and a garage for 75 to 80 vehicles. Prentice G. Smith becomes annex supervisor.
