The Man Who Suffered Art at Sheraton Beach Inn
A long feature on Dick Delsma of Gardes Grove, a 29-year-old chef and former football standout from Rochester High, who creates ice sculptures in subzero conditions. His seven-foot sea-galleon sculpture, made from 2100 pounds of blocks, melted after display, leaving him with a cold and cold sores. His new works will be shown at the Sheraton Beach Inn during a Sunday buffet.
