Judge Criticizes Plan For Narcotics Case Reports
Superior Court Judge Mau rice Sparling denounced a County Board proposal for monthly narcotics case reports as inadequate and dangerous. He argued reports must include every aspect of the case and urged transparency to the public and supervisors. Judge Louis Hurke also condemned the plan as an infringement on the judiciary.
