Souvenir Bomb Kills Dad and 2 Kids in Florida
In Havana Florida laborer Johnny Lee Hinson brought home two hand grenades as souvenirs and kept them on a kitchen shelf. One grenade exploded when picked up killing Hinson 35 and his two sons Michael 5 and Jerome 7. A third son was injured. the two daughters and wife escaped. Authorities impounded the second grenade found in the backyard. Air Force officials said they did not know how Hinson obtained the weapons.
