$2.5 Million Suit Filed in Plane Crash
A $2.5 million damage suit was filed in Superior Goat alleging negligence by Mineral County Airlines and Hawthorne Nev Airlines over the disappearance of a twin-engine airliner on a Hawthorne to Burbank overnight flight. Plaintiff Edna Bishell represents her four year old granddaughter Trisha Kelly, whose parents Brian and Carolyn Kelly were aboard among 35 passengers. The case, filed by Ned Good, seeks damages for the missing aircraft wreckage not being found since February 18.

Firm Sues Lemay for 40000 Dollars
GPS Networks Electronic Corp. countersued retired Air Force general Curtis LeMay for 40208 dollars alleging he owes 8136.90 in expenses and 32071.69 on a promissory note. AWOL Marine Lured From Church and Nabbed
An AWOL lance corporal, Craig Murphy, 18, was lured from the sanctuary of the Unitarian Society of Whittier Church by two Marines. He was forced into a car and driven off before police stopped the vehicle. he was turned over to the Shore Patrol. Murphy had been missing since January and had stayed at several churches since March 12.
