Orange County district attorney announced dismissal of criminal charges against David Farrell in Anahheim-Fuller ton Municipal Court. Judge Claude Gwens granted the motion of Deputy District Attorney Dany Adkinson. Farrell, linked to Aero Properties Inc, faced three counts of violating the state business and professions code.
