Hearing Set On Konigsberg Bar Admission Denial
The Supreme Court grants a second hearing for Konigsberg, a former California social worker denied admission to the state bar after questions about his term. The court will issue a written opinion later. Also, a 6 3 ruling requires Tuscarora Indians to cede 483 acres for a Niagara reservoir project, and a 6 3 decision strikes down a Los Angeles leaflet distribution ordinance, overturning Talley’s $16 conviction for unidentified leaflets.
