Maj Kerney Sigler Receives Commendation Ribbon
Maj. Kerney L. Sigler, son of maintenance chief Major Sigler, was awarded the Commendation Ribbon for exceptionally meritorious service with the U.S. Air Forces in Europe. He, 38, is cited for his technical knowledge and leadership as a bomber flight commander in the European Theater during World War II, completing 65 combat missions.
