Nichols of the University of Kansas Medical Center in Kansas City Kansas sues the American Medical Association for 1250000 claiming 18 years of effort to remove his name from the directory. He says 650 hours handling trash mail at 50 dollars an hour amounts to 32500 and seeks 100000 in penalties plus costs.
