Masterful restraint at Moffett's Family Restaurant
By Todd Thomey, Restaurant Editor, recounts a dispute with a family member over a column and an incident with a traffic ticket. Highlights Moffett's Chicken Pie Shoppe at 1650 Lakewood Blvd, old-fashioned meals, and discounts from 3 to 5 pm. Notes the family run business, staff, and ongoing renovations. The piece blends humor and local dining details with a nod to community favorites.
