U S plans vast Saudi projects overseen by American firms
New York The Saudi government begins a large scale construction program designed by American engineers and architects. Contracts with at least 10 U S concerns will guide projects across mosques hospitals and military sites, part of a five year plan funded by rising oil revenues to 25 billion annually.
