U S Border Patrol agents Allen Owen and James Martin trapped 17 illegal aliens in a van at a remote Jacumba Mountains site. They parked, waited, and the group piled into the back within a minute after 7. A Mexican man arrived seeking entry and was thanked for waiting. The pair and another man were later cited, with two pleaded guilty and sentenced to 120 days. Aliens paid $200 each for delivery to Los Angeles. After capture they were sent home to Mexico.
