California housing bill agreement reaches compromise

Sacramento UPI negotiators and Gov Brown's administration reached a 950 million housing loans bill for low and moderate income Californians. The plan would fund 200 housing units and 18,000 construction jobs, with eligibility based on area income limits, and was to be put to voters in November 1976.
