Mystery of Cmdr Crabb body found in harbor

Still mystery surrounds the headless body recovered in Chichester Harbor as Cmdr Lionel Crabb, missing 14 months, is believed by many to be the diver. Lange Rejects Neutralized Norway Plan

Oslo Foreign Minister Valvard M. Lange rejected Sen. William Knowland proposal to neutralize Norway in exchange for Soviet troop withdrawals.
