Freeway accident coats lanes in soap and flames
A northbound Long Beach Freeway crash near the San Diego junction caused a soap flakes cargo truck to burst into fire and foam across all lanes. Two riders were hurt, Cyclist fled, driver treated. The truck drivers escaped, fire crews cleared the scene two hours.

Woman swindled in planned murder for hire case
