City youths aid bridge park project near Santa Rosa
Petrie says the boys bridge project works well as city follows up with paths to the bridge and benches. Tony Asaro and friend Cole used leftover bricks to build a crossing over the stream to Santa Rosa Junior High, with permission and city support. Sofia Asaro recalls Tony’s longtime wish to create a creek crossing, now realized with community input and summer city jobs.
