The ACLU accuses the Army of harassing Lt. Col. Anthony Herbert after Life magazine published his critique of U S conduct in Vietnam. Herbert, a highly decorated veteran, criticized command failures and warned of more violence if senior officers were not held accountable. He appeared with counsel as investigators sought to question him about his Life interview.
