California to buy earthquake policy for veterans homes
California's Department of Veterans Affairs plans an $822,000 three year earthquake policy for 113000 CalVet homes, bought to supplement the Disaster Indemnity Fund. Assemblyman Cullen says the $1 million deductible makes it effectively useless and criticizes mandatory funding from veterans.
