San Diego reports the United States Navy ended the search for Lt. (jg) Thomas D. Stangle and Ens. David N. Kenerson, both of San Diego, after a Navy F4B Phantom crash near San Clemente and Santa Catalina Islands. A pilot observed the crash at 2 p.m. Monday during a training exercise.
