Revolutionary on FBI Top 10 List Arrested

Lawrence Robert Plamondon, the first modern-day young revolutionary on the FBI’s 10 most wanted list, was arrested near St Ignace Michigan after a state trooper observed a beer can tossed from a panel truck.
