China may free U S prisoners amid Peking trip talk

Washington reports on Nixon's Peking visit hint at potential talks to release four American captives held in China since 1952 and 1965. Jerome Cohen, Harvard law professor, says officials show sympathy though State Department remains noncommittal. Cohen pressed Senate and White House for action amid Kissinger role and historic claims about CIA agents.
