Des Plaines cook Reshat Almeli 33 and Abdul Feret 48, both Yugoslavian immigrants, faced involuntary manslaughter and weapons charges after Almeli fired a revolver from a third story window during July Fourth celebrations, killing 14 year old Craig Schaefer as fireworks lit the sky.
