John F. Walsh, 68, a Roman Catholic priest once held prisoner by the Japanese in China, died Sunday in a St Louis nursing home. A native of Cumberland Maryland he served with Maryknoll and taught at Ches terfield Missouri. His brother Bishop James E. Walsh was imprisoned in 1960 by the Red Chinese.
