Carol Année Boardman and David Alan Wirick exchanged wedding vows Friday in a 7:30 p.m. ceremony at Los Alamitos Naval Air Station. Parents are Mr and Mrs William J Boardman of Los Alamitos and Mr and Mrs Walter L Wirick of Gary Indiana. The wedding party included Mrs Donald R Howe as matron of honor and John James Ries as best man. A reception followed at the Boardman home and the couple departed for a honeymoon at Lake Arrowhead. The bride is a Western High School graduate. the groom was educated in Gary.
