Coed murder suspect held without bail in USC case
Johnny Lee Harbert III, 25, arraigned on a murder charge for the death of a USC coed Susan E. Schuler last month. A Los Angeles judge ordered him held without bail pending a Feb. 5 preliminary hearing after extradition from Dallas. The victim was last seen Dec. 3 near the USC campus and found Dec. 4 west of Winterhaven in Imperial County.
