Refuge in Bay Pushed by California Congressmen
Seven California congressmen reintroduce legislation to create a 2110 acre national wildlife refuge in San Francisco Bay. Co authors include Republicans Gubser and McCluskey and Democrats Burton Dellums Leggett and Moss.
