Army drops claim over Vietnam veteran rifle debt
Rep Henry C Schadeberg said public protest and donations prompted the Army to return all money and abandon the $70.21 claim against Ernest J Wagner of Racine for losing his M14 rifle in Vietnam. Col Reid said further collection is deemed impractical and the case closed. Wagner served five months since a year in Vietnam with the 25th Infantry Combat Regiment.

Strickman Filter Rights Return To Columbia University
