Millionaire professor runs dual career at Cerritos College
Professor M La Rue Harcourt, a Cerritos College business educator and founder of Athletes Financial Services, rejects millionaire labels while managing extensive holdings and advising 200 athletes and 100 professionals. He blends teaching with high‑pressure business work, claiming teaching is therapeutic to business and vice versa. He emphasizes happiness and family, with seven children from prior marriages and a wife who oversees liquor stores.
