The Cathedral Hill abortion clinic in California, among the state’s busiest with 136000 legal abortions in 1972, faces criticism over fees ranging from 67.50 to 250 dollars. Administrators defend efficiency led price drops from 250 to 165, arguing care remains personal rather than assembly line. About 20 percent of patients come from states where abortion was illegal.

Inghalls Proposes Life Without Parole for First‑Degree Killings

He cites a Supreme Court decision limiting death sentences when parole is possible and recalls Riverside County cases where killers on parole received death sentences. He argues society demands greater protection and that juries, not bureaucrats, should decide punishment.
