Two Convicted of Swindle in Pasadena Case

Two men were found guilty of swindling the Pasadena Investment Co. of 47000. Tra Mi Sachs and Charles L. Wall were convicted on one conspiracy count and six counts of grand theft. Samuel A. Longo of Garden Grove and B Gordon Ter of Torrance were found innocent. Sentencing set for Jan. 27.

Signal Bid to Douglas Extended

Signal Oil and Gas Co extended its bid to invest 100 million dollars in Douglas Aircraft Co for two weeks, until Jan 13, per a Los Angeles source.
