Medical Officer Charged With Disloyalty Promoting Disloyalty

Capt. Howard B. Levy a 29 year old Brooklyn born medical officer at Ft. Jackson was charged with refusing to teach dermatology to Special Forces troops and with promoting disloyalty and disaffection among the troops He faces a possible court martial and up to eight years in prison Levy confirmed he refused to teach his specialty to Special Forces men and made antiwar remarks including a statement to Negro soldiers about not fighting in Vietnam

Helicopter Rescues 10 Fishermen on Pacific Reef
