Veterans receive higher GI insurance dividends for 1977
The Veterans Administration announced 1977 dividends for veterans who kept GI policies. World War I and World War II vets totaling about 3.9 million will share a record 403.4 million dollars, with average payments of 104 dollars for WWII vets and 202 dollars for surviving WWI policy-holders.
