Memorial services will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. at the Boone-Reno Finneral Home in Long Beach for Seal Beach Police Captain Raymond J. Harbour. Harbour, 61, of 1510 Ocean Ave., Seal Beach, died Sunday. Born in Burlington, Conn., he moved to Seal Beach in 1950 and served as patrolman, detective, and acting chief during his career. Survived by wife Alice J. and sons Alan and Richard of Seal Beach plus five grandchildren. Memorial contributions suggested to the Heart Fund.
