A Navy couple with four children died early today when their sedan, aided by a bystander, was pushed across the Santa Cruz Bridge on W Ocean Blvd. into the Los Angeles River flood channel. Faustino Abella, 31, and wife Jennie, 29, both of 2100 W Willow St, were trapped as the car plunged upside down into ten feet of water. divers recovered the bodies and the car was raised on a crane. The Abellas left behind a 16 month old son and three stepchildren.
